How long do consumers have to change their minds?
If you are a consumer how long you have to change your mind depends on what you have ordered and how it is delivered.
(a) Have you bought Services? If so, you can notify us via email:
(i) Up to fourteen (14) days before your BoRo Bike Experience commences and we agree to refund you one hundred percent (100%) of the total cost within fourteen (14) days of acknowledgement of email receipt; or
(ii) thirteen (13) days or less until your BoRo Bike Experience, or you have already had the BoRo Bike Experience, you cannot change your mind, even if the period is still running and you will not receive a refund.
